Healthy Eating Fried - Choosing the menu for lunch so little frustrating when the doctor asked us to avoid fried foods. Imagine, almost all Indonesian dishes are fried. Truly versatile eating fried food is not always lead to coronary heart disease. Choosing the type of oil and fry the right way is the key to maintaining a healthy heart.

In Indonesia, oil is a staple. Scarcity of cooking oil will certainly cause panic itself. Sure we still remember people are willing to stand in line to get cooking oil when the economic crisis hit in 1998. As if we can not live without the saturated fat of fried.

Awareness to reduce saturated fat is high in the United States. Currently, Americans consume only about 33 percent of the fat meals a day total. In fact, cases of obesity actually rose to 34 percent and the number of people with diabetes actually rose to 8 percent.

Rising rates of obesity and diabetes as they reduce fat consumption is then studied at many universities, including Harvard. According to research by the Harvard School of Public Health, the fat contained in food has nothing to do with weight gain and disease.

It the problem is not fat, but kind. Bad fats such as saturated and trans fats increase the risk of chronic pain indeed. Conversely, good fats like monounsaturated and double it good for the heart and body.
