Jogging on the road polluting Fool Can Make - Jogging is considered by many to be extremely beneficial for the body and mind. And, some people think that by doing jogging activity is a form of impingement stress after a hard day at the office.

But recently a study conducted revealed that exercising outdoors harmful to the brain. Moreover, if a person jogging in the middle of the sidewalk adjacent to the crowded streets, is said to cause mental decline.

Researchers from Belgium have found that people who live in big cities and the sport itself has a higher level of low value being operated on cognitive tests than those who prefer to exercise outside urban centers.

As reported by the Daily mail on Wednesday (12.12.12) to a study done by separating the two groups. Jogging is done three times a week for 12 weeks conducted between the hours of 12 and 1 pm.


Group 1 joggingnya activities performed in a busy area and the other group joggingnya activity in the countryside. Then, the researchers from the Vrije Universiteit Buressel give both groups a test to measure the response time and focus.

The researchers found that levels of air pollution in the city to prevent the participants can improve brain working optimally and reduce the ability of participants to absorb new information and the main thing is mental health.
